Military Training. It’s all about skills and drills. Repetition, practise and practise some more until everything becomes a habit. Instinct. This is the basis of my eating and exercise philosophy. Train regularly. Little and often. Get good at making healthy, tasty meals. Learn how to do something well, be proud of your achievements, and work towards a goal. A mission.
