My name is Sarah Honey Lawson, also known as The Army Girl, due to the four years I spent in the British Army as an Officer in the Engineers, and how that has influenced my training style and philosophy. I believe that goal orientated training is paramount to achieving your fitness success, and I ensure all of my workouts, plans and guides are tailored to ensure you are working out efficiently, effectively, and most importantly, having fun!
Thank you Sarah for a wonderful Bootcamp. I can’t recommend Sarah enough. Her dedication and enthusiasm for what she does is infectious. She pushes you beyond your boundaries from which you get a great sense of accomplishment. My overall fitness has improved and I’ve achieved far more than I ever could have anticipated. Finished our 10 days of Bootcamp with our fabulous trainer Sarah Honey Lawson……..we whinged, laughed, sweated (a lot!!!!!) and whinged some more……..would I do it all again…..hell yes. It was fantastic. Thank you Sarah and to the lovely fellow Bootcamp ladies I met, it was a privilege to train with ye 😘😉
