GET FIT. The Army Girl’s Guide (TAGG) is the place where ambitious, driven, strong women from all over the world (OK… I exaggerate.  Maybe mostly Bahrain and London) come to get no BS personal training and advice on reaching their fitness goals.

My philosophy is to re-educate people on the food, fitness and personal training scene by combining military inspired training and the use of food as fuel, whilst still managing to enjoy life!

If you know you can achieve amazing things (PBs, ultra races, climbing mountains, just being a general badass boss), but just need an extra push with an experienced personal trainer, then you’ve come to the right place.


The British Military has an excellent process for training its soldiers to a high standard of both physical and mental fitness, as well as being home to some of the most successful leaders in the world.

Now, the Army isn’t for everyone, but that doesn’t mean you can’t train like a soldier and come away ready for anything. If you want to get stronger, fitter, faster, and still live in the moment and utilise every opportunity, then stick with me, and you will discover that personal training can be fun, challenging, exciting and most of all, rewarding!
