Ah damn it I missed #workoutwednesday, so we’ll call this one #thrasherthursday. Here’s how my (awesome) Bootcampers (who have just completed their first week – wahoo!) finished their bum and core session today. It’s As Many Rounds As Possible (AMRAP) of just three moves, which you do for 10 reps each. Rest when you need, and see how many sets you can fit in. We did it for two minutes today as we’d already done a whole workout, but you can make this your main event and go for a whole 15 minutes if you want!
