Quick, easy & equipment free home leg workout…

Sometimes there just isn’t time to plan a workout, get to the gym, and carry said workout out to perfection. Which is why home workouts that require no equipment are great! Here is a little #tonetuesday lower body workout for you, that is completely equipment free.

Four simple moves that you will repeat 4 times, for 1 minute each. That’s 16 minutes of work. Perfect for a time efficient, lower body workout!

Do each move for 1 minute (4 mins total), rest for 1 minute, then repeat 3 more times (20 mins total).

The moves:

  1. Forward lunge, to single leg balance, to back lunge, to standing. Alternate your forward leg each time.
  2. Squat with knee raise and twist
  3. Squat tuck jumps
  4. Alternate lunge jumps

With the amount of jumping involved, this gets pretty tough, but it’s worth it when you know you’ll be done in 20 minutes.
