Have you ever woken up in the morning and really really wanted to work out, thinking you definitely should workout, but even the thought of struggling to get your sports bra on fills you with dread? Well then this lazy girl floor workout is for you!
Even the most motivated of us don’t always have the will power to drag ourselves to the gym, or even put our trainers on. Sometimes, we just need a little floor time, some movement of our limbs and contraction of our muscles and it gets us raring to go. This 10 minute, lazy girl floor workout will flush the laziness out of you, and will still get you enjoying the satisfaction of a little arm, ab and butt burn.
In less than 10 minutes of working out we will:
- Mobilise the spine
- Activate the core
- Pump up your upper body
- Engage your glutes
- And possibly work up a little sweat!
All of this without having to get out of your PJs! For sure this little routine will have you feeling more energised and ready to start your day.
You don’t need a mat, you don’t need to wear lycra and you don’t need to put on any shoes! So roll yourself out of bed, and press play on the video below to feel better in 10 minutes!
Then be proud of being a not do lazy girl : )
