Time to Restore!

You’ve reached day 5 of my Stress Less week long challenge. And today is all about taking some time out for you to refresh, rest and digest! Yep, that’s right; we’re getting in touch wit our Parasympathetic Nervous System.

I’ve created a 20 minute restorative Pilates flow for you to follow. This will give you the opportunity to slow down, stretch, and do a little muscle conditioning. Once you know the moves, try going over them again with more repetitions, or this could become part of your morning routine!
