STEP TWO:

Pink TickPop on to the Facebook Group and introduce yourself, get to know the other Bootcampers, and ask any questions you may have.

STEP THREE:

Pink TickRecord your starting point! Fill out the measurement form in order to see just how much you can achieve in 10 workouts of just 10 minutes!
